Andrew is the CEO of IGG and adopts a collaborative approach to working with all colleagues, clients, fellow trustees and advisers. He fosters an internal environment where everyone has a voice and the confidence to contribute towards IGG’s growth and success.

Andrew’s leadership style is collegiate and pragmatic, taking stakeholders with him rather than adopting entrenched positions and creating potential conflict. He builds and maintains strong, effective long-term relationships and prioritises member and trustee understanding with a clear focus on improving member engagement.

Andrew is committed to improving standards of trusteeship. He chaired the Professional Trustee Standards Working Group which introduced standards for the industry and is a former long serving Council Member of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.

I would like to take this opportunity to note that without the assistance of IGG, I doubt that this Scheme would have realised the outcomes that it did on the previous valuation. I am extremely appreciative of Andrew’s patience and assistance during this engagement.
