Dipo is a well rounded Pensions Professional with hands-on experience since 2002. He holds the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision and Award in Pension Trusteeship (APT) qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute.

Resilience, resourcefulness and good inter-personal relationships are qualities that Dipo has developed in his Pensions career while dealing with clients and colleagues at various levels. He is a member of the Actuarial and Diversity & Inclusion working groups at IGG.

Dipo provides customer focused service to help our clients effectively manage their pension plans. His role consists of providing secretariat services; including minute taking at client and internal meetings, managing scheme calendars and key scheme governance documents and maintaining detailed business plans to help manage scheme expenses, invoices and budgets.

  • Accurate record keeping and document management
  • Dealing with member queries, member communications and IDRP processes
  • Managing scheme cash flow analysis and arranging investment/ disinvestment of scheme assets to ensure prompt benefit payments
  • Minute taking and following up on meeting actionsPreparing annual meeting timetable; liaising with advisors and trustees regarding meeting arrangements
  • Preparing meeting agendas and collating meeting papers for trustee meetings
  • Previous project management experience – Transitions to salary sacrifice arrangements and scheme wind-up
    Updating scheme calendars and key scheme governance documents, including Decision Forms
