Hannah provides ongoing support to a number of Trustee Directors and has a portfolio of schemes where she acts as Secretary to the Trustees.

Hannah has good knowledge of the challenges faced by Trustees of pension schemes and understands the particular requirements such schemes have for good scheme governance. Her responsibilities include assisting with the management of trustees’ business plans, agenda items, instructing advisers, and ensuring that decisions are taken by the board of trustees in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

In addition to acting as Scheme Secretary and supporting the day-to-day management of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes for a number of clients. Hannah has also been involved with various projects, including actuarial valuations, buy-ins and buyouts, investment strategy updates, scheme mergers and de-mergers, new scheme set up, and scheme closures.

Hannah has completed the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) Award in Pension Trusteeship.

  • Supported on the high-profile Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings for the Kodak Pension Plan in which Kodak’s Personalised Imaging and Document Imaging businesses were spun-off to achieve comprehensive settlement of assets owed to the Pension Plan by the Eastman Kodak Company.  This project included weekly engagement with TPR as well as working as scheme secretary to make sure all parties were on track with the project.
