Ian is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) and an Accredited Member of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT).

At IGG Ian enjoys providing proactive support in a variety of roles (including scheme secretary) to Trustees of schemes with both traditional Trustee Board and Sole Trustee frameworks. His experience includes ongoing schemes (defined benefit and defined contribution) as well those in PPF Assessment and moving towards full buy out and wind up.

Ian  joined in November 2020 from a third-party administrator, where he was responsible for a large team administering over 20 Trust based schemes ranging in asset size from £10m to in excess of £1bn.
