John has extensive experience of working with trustees, advisers, and PLC boards on a range of pension and benefit issues leading on strategy and delivery. He adopts an open and collegiate approach to meeting objectives.

From a career including numerous senior corporate roles, he offers a balanced perspective and has developed a deep understanding of pension and benefits from both a corporate and trustee view.

John has operated in a wide range of scheme environments with both in-house and third-party administration as well as in-house investment management. He has designed and led projects delivering material efficiencies in administration, governance, and investment costs such as pension scheme mergers and establishing governance teams.

John is a fully accredited trustee with the Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT) and a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
