Kate is an experienced professional trustee known for her collegiate and commercial approach. Kate has a wide portfolio of schemes, where assets under management range in size from £1.5m to £10bn+.

Kate drives strong and effective governance whilst delivering strategic, thoughtful leadership. She works collaboratively with her fellow trustees and sponsors building engagement and commitment, investing time with her trustee boards, sponsors and other stakeholders as well as advisers. This ensures there is a clear strategy for each of her schemes and cementing a long-lasting relationship with her fellow trustees.

Kate is the Chief Risk Officer at IGG and leads our Data Integrity Team. She employs a risk-balanced approach to decision making which she brings to her scheme work.

Kate is a fully accredited professional pension scheme trustee by the Association of Professional Pension Trustees and an accredited trustee with the Pensions Management Institute. Kate is also a qualified lawyer and has specialised in pensions law since qualifying in 2001.
