Keira has worked in the pensions industry since 2016 and has experience leading pension schemes within an administrative capacity.

Prior to joining Independent Governance Group, Keira led the day to day administration for pension schemes at a third party administrator. Her extensive experience in the industry is shown through her development from Trainee Administrator to Senior Associate working on both DB and DC schemes. She has extensive experience working with key stakeholders within the industry across both DB and DC schemes.

Keira’s role within the business will consist of providing support to Trustees by managing the scheme’s business plans, agenda items and scheme governance.

Keira has successfully completed the Pension Regulator’s Trustee Toolkit and keeps up to date with pensions news.
