Dianne has been a pension trustee since 2007, specialising in defined contribution schemes and master trusts.

As an experienced, accredited pension trustee, Dianne serves as an independent chair and member on a range of boards and committees, including single employer schemes, master-trusts, and Independent Governance Committees. These roles have enabled her to build a deep knowledge of pensions on both a strategic and technical level.

Prior to trusteeship, Dianne’s executive career was in investment management, where she gained experience in implementing innovative investment strategies such as illiquids, infrastructure and ESG. She has a specialist interest in communications, and she serves on several communications sub-committees.
