Sharon has 20 years’ experience dealing with Defined Benefit Pension Schemes.

Sharon started as an Actuarial graduate, before moving to First Actuarial where she provided actuarial and governance support to Trustee boards.

Sharon has held several Scheme Secretary appointments, leading to involvement in a wide range of projects across her clients.

Sharon provides ongoing support to Trustee Directors and is an Accredited Member of the APPT.

Having worked with a wide range of clients, Sharon has had the opportunity to be involved with several projects on Pension Schemes. From ensuring schemes are well run with good governance to project managing a Scheme Wind-up.

Sharon has been involved with member option exercises, Scheme Mergers, Buy-ins, investment strategy reviews, closure to Future accrual projects as well as providing training to Trustee boards.

Sharon strengths include her organisational skills and maintaining good relationships between advisers and key stakeholders.
